NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by The Montmorency County Road Commission at their offices in Atlanta, Michigan until 2:00 PM. on Monday, March 11, 2019; at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read for furnishing their 2019 seasons requirements of the following:

  1. Aggregate Materials
  2. Blades Centerline Painting
  3. Cold Patch
  4. Dust Control
  5. Gravel Crushing
  6. Lawn Maintenance-All Garages
  7. Signs & Posts
  8. Crush & Shape
  9. 3000 yds. Winter Sand-Atlanta Garage
  10. 3000 yds. Winter Sand-Hillman Garage
  11. 3000 yds. Winter Sand-Lewiston Garage

Specification's, proposal forms and additional information may be obtained at the office of the Road Commission. All proposals must be in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the bidder and plainly marked as to their contents. No faxed bids.

The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof; to waive defects in bids, and to accept the proposal in part or entirety that, in the opinion of the Board, is in the best interest of the Montmorency County Road Commission and the County of Montmorency.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by The Montmorency County Road Commission at their offices in Atlanta, Michigan until 2:00 P.M. on Monday, March 11, 2019.; at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read for furnishing their 2019 seasons requirement of the following:

MS2H,HFST, HFRS-2M, HFRS-2A,
MSOP, SS1-1H, CSS-1H, PEP, CM90, CRS2, AE90
Fasblack (or equivalent)

Proposals must be submitted on bidders letterhead with specifications attached thereto. All bids must be in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the bidder and plainly marked as to their contents. No faxed bids.
